Forklift driver / operator with UDT

salary

monthly range: 4,806–5,800 PLN gross / month

allowances:

• 6-day work schedule: +3.00 PLN gross / hour
• night shifts: +8.40 PLN gross / hour
• work on public holidays: +20.00 PLN gross / hour
• overtime: 20–40 hours per month, paid at 100% of the base rate

on average this comes to around 200 working hours per month (including shift work and overtime).

working schedule

• 3 shifts, 8 hours each:
  • 06:00–14:00
  • 14:00–22:00
  • 22:00–06:00
• work system: 4-brigade shift pattern
• average number of hours: around 200 hours per month

conditions and benefits

main duties

• operating a forklift in a high-bay warehouse
• order picking, loading and unloading goods
• manual work accounts for approximately 70% of working time
• internal transport of goods within the warehouse
• keeping the workplace and warehouse areas tidy and organised

candidate requirements

• valid Polish UDT licence to operate a forklift
• at least 1 year of experience working with forklifts
• basic understanding of the Polish language (for instructions and communication with the shift leader)
