Production Line Operator / Quality Control

Work on the production line as an operator. The employee operates the production machine, checks the quality of finished parts, packs them and fills in a report on the completed work.

The processes are simple, the work is physically light, the hall is quiet and a comfortable room temperature is maintained.

Duties

• Working at the production machine as an operator
• Visual quality control of finished parts according to the instruction
• Packing of parts
• Filling in work reports
• Following quality standards and the company’s internal procedures

Requirements

• Men up to 50 years of age
• Good eyesight, attention to detail, accuracy
• Willingness to perform monotonous work at a medium pace
• Communicative knowledge of Polish

(Polish language level is checked by phone)

Work schedule

Shift work, the plant operates 24/7.

• 8-hour shifts:
• 7:00–15:00
• 15:00–23:00
• 23:00–7:00

Work cycle:

• 4 days in the 7:00–15:00 shift, then 1 day off
• 4 days in the 15:00–23:00 shift, then 1 day off
• 4 days in the 23:00–7:00 shift, then 2 days off

Additionally:

• On days off you can take extra 8-hour shifts

• There is no work for 10 or 12 hours, only 8-hour shifts in the 4/1 or 4/2 system

Salary – Extra payment for own accommodation: 400 PLN/month

Bonuses:

• Each part is additionally checked by the foreman
• For flawless work quality, a bonus of 200 to 500 PLN is provided

Onboarding and medical check-up

• Arrival in Kraków for document processing and medical examination
• Exact date and time of onboarding are agreed individually after the candidate is approved
