METALFER POLONIA is a manufacturing company specializing in mechanical processing of metal pipes and components for the automotive industry. The main products are suspension parts and metal assemblies for the automotive sector. It is a modern, clean production facility with automated lines.

Pay:

Own accommodation allowance: +0.50 PLN/hour

Stable salary payments to a bank account by the 10th day of each month

Work schedule:

• 3 shifts of 8 hours
• 06:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• 22:00–06:00
• Working Saturdays are possible
• During high workload, 12-hour shifts are possible
• Break: 30 minutes (unpaid)
• Every 2 hours — short breaks of 5–10 minutes

Duties:

• Operating automatic and semi-automatic CNC machines
• Starting and stopping the equipment
• Monitoring processing parameters
• Cutting, forming, and machining metal parts
• Quality control of finished elements
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized

Working conditions:

• Low noise level
• All personal protective equipment is provided
• Before starting work — meeting with management and introduction to the factory

Accommodation:

• Hostel
• Rooms for 3–4 people
• Kitchen and bathroom on the floor
• Cost: 700 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
• It is possible to move into accommodation before the factory tour

Requirements:

• Men only, up to 55 years old
• Previous experience as a CNC machine operator is required
• Communicative Polish with understanding of instructions and ability to read
