Salary

— 26.24 PLN net/hour with a signed PIT-2 (up to 30,000 PLN annual income in 2026)

— 23.24 PLN net/hour without PIT-2 or after exceeding 30,000 PLN

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing aluminium windows and doors
• Cutting profiles, milling, CNC processing
• Installing hardware and seals
• Operating and maintaining production machines (saws, milling machines, CNC, power tools)
• Measuring and quality checks according to technical documentation
• Handling glass units, packing finished products
• Order picking and completion
• Filling in technical documentation
• Following health & safety standards

Work schedule

Mon–Fri, 2 shifts:

06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00

Overtime possible. Stable shifts.

Accommodation

• 550 PLN/month
• 3–4 people per room
• Own accommodation bonus: +1 PLN net/hour Commute to work by public transport.

Workwear

Provided by the employer.

Additional information

Canteen on site. Refrigerator, microwave and kettle available. You can bring your own food.

Requirements

• Work experience in Poland in production or machine operation
• Polish language level at least B1
• CV with relevant experience
• Vocational/technical education (fitter, carpenter, toolmaker, etc.)
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Ability to use measuring tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work with power tools
• Accuracy, responsibility, readiness for shift work
