Lunch Box Production | Sandwich Assembly

Natsu Foods — a German manufacturer of sandwiches and snacks, operating in Poland since 2023

Position: Sandwich assembly (preparation, packing, quality control)

Duties

• Preparing and assembling sandwiches according to company standards
• Packing and labeling finished products
• Quality control of ingredients and finished items
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized
• Performing additional tasks assigned by the supervisor

Production temperature: +7/+8°C (work in a chilled facility)

Work schedule

• Shift 1: 06:00–14:00
• Shift 2: 14:00–22:00
• Work from Monday to Sunday
• 4 days off per month
• Breaks: 2 × 20 minutes (total 40 minutes)
• Free lunch during the shift

Requirements

• Candidates from Ukraine
• 6 women
• Age up to 40
• Sanitary booklet required (we can help arrange it if needed — 200 PLN deducted from salary)

Accommodation and transport

• Accommodation: 18 PLN/day
• Company bus to work (10 minutes): 100 PLN/month

Employment terms

• Contract: Umowa zlecenie
• 4 hours of trial work (unpaid); after that, salary is calculated officially
