MAG 135 Welder

Type of contract: umowa zlecenie (mandate contract)

Job information

Work for MAG 135 welders in the production of light steel structures and equipment for the gardening sector (including foil tunnels).

The plant is located approximately one hour’s drive from Wrocław.

Responsibilities

• Welding steel, aluminium or stainless steel elements according to technical documentation
• Performing welds in line with quality requirements (visual and process control)
• Preparing materials for welding (grinding, cleaning, setting in jigs/fixtures)
• Reading and working with technical drawings
• Using measuring tools
• Quality control of completed welds and finished elements
• Taking care of welding equipment and following health and safety rules

Requirements

• Experience in welding steel structures with the MAG 135 method
• Willingness to work and high level of engagement
• Reliability and responsible approach to duties

Working schedule

• Shifts of 8–12 hours (depending on workload)
• Monday–Friday: 06:00–18:00
• Possibility of working on Saturdays
• Total monthly hours: 168–260

Salary (net)

• 30.20 PLN/hour Range: 5,070 – 7,850 PLN net per month (depending on hours worked)

For students under 26:

• 37.39 PLN/hour Range: 6,280 – 9,721 PLN net per month

Additionally:

• Employee referral bonus — 500 PLN*
• Salary paid as a single bank transfer

Accommodation

• Rooms for 2–4 people
• All necessary amenities provided
• Cost: 750 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
• Deposit: 200 PLN (returned after 30 days of work)

Documents and legalisation

• Free assistance with legalisation of stay and work (residence card and other documents)

Workwear

• Protective work clothing and safety shoes are provided free of charge.
