MIG-MAG Welders / Lathe Operator (manual)

Salary:

• MIG-MAG Welders: 35 PLN/hour net + 300 PLN/month (ulga podatkova for 160 hours/month)
• Lathe Operator: from 28 PLN/hour net + 300 PLN/month (ulga podatkova for 160 hours/month)

Company overview: factory producing agricultural machinery

Work schedule: 8–12 hours/day, night shifts possible, Monday–Saturday (Saturdays by schedule)

Contract type: contract of mandate (Umowa zlecenie)

Accommodation: provided, 450 PLN/month, 2–3 people per room, 1 km from the factory

Transport: walking or self-arranged

Responsibilities:

• Operating welding/lathe equipment
• Quality control of completed work
• Maintaining and servicing machines and equipment
• Keeping the workplace organized

Requirements:

• Relevant work experience
• Responsibility and attention to detail
• Physical work readiness
