The company is one of the leading manufacturers in Poland, providing stable employment and official contracts.

1. Welders MIG-MAG (135)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Ultrasonic weld inspection
• Valid Polish welding certificate (if not available, assistance provided to obtain it)

Salary:

• From 35 PLN/hour net
• Performance bonus: +1–3 PLN/hour depending on quality and qualifications
• +300 PLN/month (ulga podatkowa) when working at least 160 hours per month

2. Fitters (able to read technical drawings

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of the Polish language

Responsibilities:

• Assembly of metal and reinforced concrete bridge structures according to project documentation
• Use of assembly and lifting tools (cranes, lifts, welding equipment, etc.)
• Ensuring accuracy, alignment, and safety of installation work

Pre-employment interview held at the plant.

Salary:

• 30 PLN/hour net
• +300 PLN/month (ulga podatkowa) with at least 160 working hours

3. Assistant Fitters

Responsibilities:

• Assist with main assembly work
• Prepare materials and tools
• Support installation of bridge elements according to drawings
• Perform auxiliary tasks, quality checks, and maintain workplace order

Pre-employment interview held at the plant.

Salary:

• 28 PLN/hour net
• +300 PLN/month (ulga podatkowa) with at least 160 working hours

Working Conditions

• 8–10 hours per day, 6 days per week
• Possible night shifts
• Accommodation provided by the employer
