Start

  • Onboarding to first workday takes 1–3 business days.

Who we’re looking for

  • Women up to 52 years old
  • Employment basis: biometric passport / visa / residence card
  • Communicative Polish required (understand instructions and respond simply)

Pay

  • 23 PLN/hour net
  • Students under 26: 30.50 PLN/hour net
  • Advance available after 14 worked days: 200–300 PLN
  • Average monthly income with full schedule: ~6,000 PLN
  • Medical exam: 250 PLN (deducted from salary)

Contract type

Umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract)

The contract is signed during the first week—sometimes on day one at the office, or after a few worked days, depending on the legalization team’s workload.

Work schedule

  • Monday–Saturday
  • 12-hour shifts: 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00
  • Sunday off
  • Schedule may change by process needs but never exceeds 12 working hours per day.

Responsibilities

  • Sorting sports nutrition and supplements into branded packaging
  • Sorting finished products into cardboard boxes
  • Labeling, weighing, and preparing shipments
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitary standards

Requirements

  • Good pace and accuracy; comfortable with fast-tempo work
  • Willingness to do standing work in shifts
  • Candidates with eyelash extensions or long manicures are not suitable
  • Experience not required
  • Training starts on packaging; successful workers may be promoted to machine operator
  • After 2–3 months of training, an extra +2–3 PLN/hour may be added upon transition to operator
  • Workwear provided free of charge

Housing

  • 450 PLN/month (utilities)
  • Family couples accommodated in a separate room
  • Shared rooms for single candidates: 4–5 people per room
  • Amenities: free Wi-Fi, kitchen with dishes, washing machine, bathrooms
  • Bring your own bedding/pillowcases

Commute

  • Housing is close to the workplace.
  • No organized transport from Kraków.
