Cosmetics factory production worker

Company and location:

Modern cosmetics manufacturing factory

Position:

Production line worker / cosmetics packer

Who we are looking for:

• Women and men (10 people)
• No age limit
• No prior experience required

Contract type and benefits:

• Official employment based on a civil-law contract (Umowa Zlecenia)
• Private medical care (LuxMed)
• Multisport card
• Weekly salary payments
• Referral bonuses for recommending new workers

Pay:

• Monthly bonus: 200–400 PLN gross

Approximate monthly income:

• Student: around 7,300 PLN net
• Non-student (with full ZUS contributions): around 5,200 PLN net

Main duties:

• Auxiliary work on the production line
• Packing cosmetic products
• Manual operations (e.g. closing nail polish bottles, inserting brushes into bottles, simple hand work)
• Cleaning and maintaining order around the production line

Please note: there is a characteristic cosmetic/chemical smell on the line.

Working schedule:

• 12-hour shifts: 06:00–18:00 or 18:00–06:00
• Monday to Friday
• Occasional weekend work depending on production needs

Accommodation and commute:

• Accommodation: not provided (own housing required)
• No housing allowance
• Commute to work: on your own

Requirements:

• Willingness to work 12-hour standing shifts
• Good manual skills, accuracy and attention to detail
• No allergies to cosmetics or chemical smells
• Sanitary booklet (SANEPID) or readiness to obtain it within 2 weeks at your own expense (approx. 250 PLN)
