Poland, Bolewicko – approx. 60 km from Poznań Brzeg – approx. 50 km from Wrocław

25.60-38.50 PLN/hour net.

Additional pay:

  • +1 PLN/hour for employees who live in their own accommodation.

The final rate is agreed individually with the candidate at the hiring stage.

Work schedule:

Vegetables department:

  • Shift: 16:00–00:00
  • Temperature: approx. +10°C
  • Work includes walking around the warehouse, order picking, handling heavy boxes (priority for male candidates).

Freezer / cold store:

  • Shifts:
    • 10:00–18:00
    • 18:00–02:00
  • Rotating schedule, shifts change every week.
  • Temperature: approx. +5°C
  • Picking products into containers.

Dry warehouse:

  • Shifts:
    • 06:00–14:00
    • 14:00–22:00
    • 22:00–06:00

Additionally:

  • 20-minute break (canteen, vending machines, fridge, microwave available).
  • Overtime possible.
  • Floating days off: 1–2 days per week according to warehouse schedule.

Type of contract:

  • Legal employment based on a civil-law contract (umowa zlecenia).

Accommodation and transport:

  • Company accommodation: 900 PLN/month (places available for couples).
  • Transport to/from work by company bus: 150 PLN/month.

Discount system depending on the number of hours worked per month:

  • 160–190 hours/month – accommodation 600 PLN, transport 100 PLN.
  • 190+ hours/month – accommodation 400 PLN, transport free of charge.

Main duties:

  • Order picking on the warehouse (vegetables, dry warehouse, freezer).
  • Working with a handheld scanner and warehouse system (after training).
  • Moving and placing boxes with goods on shelves.
  • Collecting products into containers according to customer orders.
  • Following safety procedures and warehouse rules.

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
  • Preferably conversational Polish.
  • Minimum Polish level A2 (numbers, simple answers, basic workplace communication).
  • Willingness to do physical work (heavy boxes, long periods on your feet).
  • Readiness to work shifts, including night shifts.
