Pallet production worker

Manufacturing company producing wooden pallets. Work with an automated pallet nailing line. Long-term employment with stable workload throughout the year.

Number of positions: 2.

Requirements

• Men only
• Polish language at a communicative or good understanding level
• Willingness to work in a shift system (3 shifts)
• Physical endurance, responsibility, punctuality
• Production experience is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

• Placing required elements (boards, wooden blocks) on the machine template
• Monitoring the pallet nailing process on the automatic machine
• Quality control of finished pallets:
  • checking if nails are driven in correctly,
  • checking if boards are straight and properly positioned,
  • verifying that the pallet meets technical dimensions and requirements
• When needed, moving pallets with materials to the workstation and transporting finished pallets using a manual pallet jack (wózek paletowy)

Work schedule

• 3 shifts from Monday to Friday (Saturday work possible):
  • 06:00–14:00
  • 14:00–22:00
  • 22:00–06:00
• Overtime possible
• Work all year round

Accommodation

• Preference for candidates with their own accommodation
• If accommodation is provided by the company, the commute to work is about 1 hour

Extra bonus for workers with their own accommodation

Hourly bonus depending on monthly hours worked:

• 160–180 hours — +0.50 PLN/hour
• 181–220 hours — +1.00 PLN/hour
• 221+ hours — +1.50 PLN/hour
