Warehouse Worker

JYSK distribution center. Standard warehouse operations with steady workload year-round. Convenient commute from Częstochowa and nearby areas.

Compensation

• Performance bonus up to 25% of the base rate for meeting targets.
• Average full-time monthly income: ~PLN 5,000.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday.
• Three 8-hour shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00.
• Overtime possible as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and storing goods in the warehouse.
• Order picking and packing.
• Working with a scanner and labeling.
• Loading/unloading tasks.
• Maintaining safety standards and workplace order.

Requirements

• Men up to 50 years old.
• Good physical condition, attentiveness, responsibility.
• Warehouse experience and basic Polish are a plus, not mandatory.

Housing

• Free accommodation in comfortable apartments/houses.

Onboarding & Move-in

• Dates: 20–22 Oct or 27–29 Oct in Radomsko.
• Convenient transport links from Częstochowa and surroundings.

Additional

• Official employment under Umowa o pracę (employment contract).
• On-the-job training and timely payments.
• Start work immediately after onboarding.
