Pay

PLN 31.40 gross/hour; after 200 worked hours — PLN 33.50 gross/hour. A PLN 200–450 net bonus depends on attendance and work quality. Own accommodation supplement — PLN 1/hour. For students under 26, the offer lists PLN 31.40 net/hour subject to confirmation of the relevant status. Other workers’ net pay depends on individual payroll calculations; the higher rate and bonus are conditional.

Schedule and contract

Polish umowa zlecenie contract. 8–12 hours per shift, 5–6 days a week according to production needs. Shifts 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00; 10:00–22:00 is also possible. Night shifts are included. Wages are paid to a bank account by the 15th of each month. The start date is arranged individually.

Accommodation and costs

Accommodation — PLN 550/month. A sanitary health booklet is required; if you do not have one, obtaining it on site costs PLN 300, deducted from wages. Commute arrangements must be agreed before starting work.

Duties and conditions

Count and pack fish fingers and nuggets, stack boxes, check quality, label products, prepare raw materials and assist on the production line. Products weigh 4–15 kg depending on the process. Most processes are automated. Production areas are up to +10 °C; the frozen raw material section reaches −1 °C. Physical readiness for these conditions is required.

Clothing and additional terms

Work clothing and footwear are provided after sizes are supplied; bring your own warm underlayers. Jewellery and accessories are prohibited on the production floor. Free hot meals on Tuesdays and Thursdays; fruit is available on other days. A canteen, kitchen and water are available.
