Pay: important clarification

1350 € net/month is advertised as guaranteed earnings, with higher income possible for productivity. At the same time, 1153–1400 € gross/month and a contract minimum from 847 € net are stated. These amounts are inconsistent; pay components and the 1350 € guarantee terms need clarification. We do not confirm this as an unconditional guarantee. Productivity bonuses are offered; exact rules are not specified.

Schedule

5 working days a week, approximately 160–180 hours/month. Shifts 08:00–17:00, 12:00–21:00 or 17:00–02:00; night hours apply. Usually one fixed schedule, but it may change after reassignment or for operational needs. Assignment depends on staffing needs. Exact working-time and break accounting needs clarification.

Duties

Storage, scanner-based order picking, collecting goods, arranging boxes on pallets, internal transport, wrapping pallets in film, preparing shipments and maintaining order. Mainly picking, with the last few hours potentially spent wrapping pallets. Most boxes are light; individual boxes weigh up to 15 kg.

Cold and requirements

Men and women aged 18–59, physically fit, no medical contraindications, ready for active work at temperatures down to −18 °C. Extra warm-up breaks are provided. A full set of warm protective equipment is free: footwear, outerwear, headwear, thermal underwear and other equipment.

Accommodation, transport and costs

Accommodation costs 75 €/month deducted from pay. Room occupancy is not specified. Organised transport to work and back; cost is not specified. Departure from Lviv — ticket 100 €. Meal arrangements are not specified.

Documents and employment

Temporary employment contract. For Ukrainian applicants, temporary protection in Lithuania or meeting legalisation requirements is stated: presence in Ukraine on 24 February 2022; no valid visas, Polish residence card, PESEL UKR or protection in another EU country. Previous protection requires official proof of termination or cancellation. Conditions for Lithuanian citizens need clarification. Independent arrival is possible, with paperwork in Vilnius on Tuesdays.
