Pay

Base pay 37 060 CZK gross/month. Indicative take-home pay from 33 000 CZK net for a full month without overtime; actual pay depends on hours worked and payroll calculations. A 10% night premium and 10% weekend premium apply. Before the first salary, two advances of 2 000 CZK may be available after the 5th and 15th shifts.

Duties and requirements

Loading, unloading, sorting and moving parcels weighing up to 40 kg. Men up to 55 in good physical condition. Recruitment for Ukrainian citizens and EU passport holders. No specific language level is stated.

Schedule and contract

Night shifts 19:00–03:30: 8 working hours plus a 30-minute unpaid break. The working week starts on Sunday evening; the last shift runs from Thursday into Friday. A 1-year contract and 25 days of leave.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation in Prague up to 5 500 CZK/month, deducted from salary. Free bus from Praha Roztyly at 17:50/18:00. Transport from Říčany costs 30–60 CZK each way, deducted from salary. The return bus leaves at 04:00; the Prague metro opens at 05:00.

Hours, meals and expenses

Usually 160 hours/month, up to 170 at peak times. If work finishes early, the full 8 hours are paid. A meal voucher of 150 CZK per shift: the agency covers 55%, while 45% is deducted from salary; payment is made with wages. No canteen; bring your own food. Shoes cost 1 050 CZK and a locker padlock 100 CZK; these and other issued items may be charged upon early departure. Bring your own gloves.
