Pay

Base salary 1 140 € gross/month. The overall 1 140–2 190 € gross range includes potential bonuses and overtime; the upper amount is not guaranteed. Bonus of 100 € for 100% attendance. Weekday overtime +25%, weekend overtime +50%, public holidays +100%; afternoon shift +10%, nights +20%, weekends +20%. A half-year bonus of 50% of monthly salary twice a year, subject to company conditions.

Schedule and duties

Shifts 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00; 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 160–200 hours/month. Overtime and Saturday work are possible. Producing car headliners and sun visors, assembly, quality checks and maintaining cleanliness. Clean workplace with relatively low noise.

Requirements and onboarding

Women and men aged 18–50; couples and families are not accepted. Fluent conversational Slovak is required. Ukrainian citizens need temporary protection in Slovakia; Slovak citizens are also accepted. Interviews on Tuesdays, a Welcome Day with a tour and training, and coordinator support. Contract type is unspecified.

Accommodation and commuting

Temporary accommodation before tests is free. After starting work, 200 €/month is deducted from salary. Own-accommodation allowance of 100 €/month. Arrange your own commute. Travel reimbursement is mentioned for distances over 50 km, but the amount and procedure are unspecified.

Meals and benefits

Meal allowance of 9.30 € per shift. Also listed: a 10 € non-smoker bonus with an unspecified period; a 50 € Christmas gift, summer fruit and a 165 € childbirth payment. Workwear, shoes and gloves are supplied; a rest room is available.
