Work location

Opletalova 73, 841 07 Bratislava, Slovakia. Automotive interior production and internal logistics.

Pay and bonuses

Base salary: 1 180 EUR gross/month. Attendance bonus: 100 EUR gross/month. When this bonus is earned, the total is 1 280 EUR gross; shift and overtime allowances are calculated separately. Bonuses are subject to their qualifying conditions.

Allowances: weekday overtime +25%; work on Saturdays and Sundays +50%; public holidays +100%; afternoon shift +10%; night shift +20%. Half-year bonus: 50% of the monthly salary, paid twice a year.

Duties

Operating a VZV forklift; unloading components from suppliers; loading and moving empty containers; handling warehouse materials; supplying production lines with materials; internal warehouse logistics.

Schedule

Shifts: 06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00 and 22:00–06:00. Five days a week, eight hours per shift, approximately 168–170 hours per month. Additional hours and working Saturdays may be available.

Requirements and employment

Men and women aged 18–55. A valid VZV forklift licence and knowledge of Slovak are required. Temporary protection in Slovakia is required. Applicants have an interview with the employer before starting work. Official employment under a temporary employment contract.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation is provided for 200 EUR/month. An allowance of 100 EUR/month is available for employees using their own accommodation. A transport allowance is offered for a commute exceeding 50 km; its amount is to be confirmed.

Meals and additional conditions

Meal allowance: 9.30 EUR per worked shift. Non-smoker bonus: 10 EUR; the payment period is to be confirmed. Christmas gift package: 50 EUR; a summer fruit and vegetable package; financial support for purchasing organic food; childbirth assistance: 165 EUR.
