Cosmetics warehouse worker

Work location

Two warehouses near Brno: Stará pošta 1025, 664 61 Rajhrad; Prologis Park, Syrovice 690, 664 67 Syrovice, Czechia. Assignment depends on available positions.

Pay and payments

Base pay of 30 000 CZK gross/month. KPI bonus of 11 500 CZK gross; total including the bonus — 41 500 CZK gross/month. The bonus depends on meeting KPI targets; specific criteria are clarified when the candidate is submitted. Meal support is separate. Salary is paid into a bank account after the 20th for the previous month. Before the first salary: two advances of 2 000 CZK after the 5th and 15th shifts worked.

Bonuses and premiums

Seasonal bonus of up to 9 600 CZK gross. Night work +30%, Saturdays and Sundays +30%, public holidays +100%, overtime +25%; Saturday and Sunday overtime is also listed at +25%. Compensatory time off may be provided for overtime under company rules and Czech law.

Duties

Receiving, moving and storing cosmetics and personal care products, picking orders, preparing and dispatching goods. Following warehouse procedures and safety rules. Work is mainly standing with constant movement; attention, accuracy and good physical fitness are required.

Schedule

Two shifts: 05:45–14:00 and 14:00–22:15. No night shifts in the immediate schedule, but they may be introduced later. From 38.75 hours/week, approximately 160–190 hours/month. Shift duration includes a 30-minute break. Weekend work and additional hours may be required depending on operational needs.

Requirements and onboarding

Men and women, Ukrainian citizens or EU passport holders. Experience is not required. No specific language level is stated. HPP employment contract — temporary employment. Before starting: selection, interview, initial training, a free medical examination, and occupational health, safety and fire training.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation in Brno and surrounding areas, with 2–3 people per room. A contribution of 1 000–1 500 CZK/month is deducted from salary based on hours worked. An allowance of 0–5 000 CZK for private accommodation depends on the number of shifts worked during the month. An organised company bus runs on specified routes between accommodation and the warehouse.

Travel from Ukraine

The date of the next free organised departure from Kyiv and Lviv is being confirmed. Ongoing recruitment; individual arrival can be arranged.

Meals

A meal voucher worth 80 CZK per day worked. Maximum: up to 1 600 CZK/month in the first year, up to 2 000 CZK/month in years 2–3, and up to 2 500 CZK/month from year 4. Vending machines with baguettes, ready meals and snacks are available on site.
