Responsibilities
- Start of work at 05:00 in the morning
- Salting and preparing meat
- Preparing sausages for smoking
- Filling, forming and hanging sausages
- Working with equipment: filler, tumbler/massager, meat grinder
- Strict compliance with hygiene and sanitary standards
Working schedule
- Day shift: 8–10 hours per day
- Stable schedule
- Monthly hours: approximately 180–200 hours
Accommodation
- Accommodation is provided free of charge
- Housing located close to the plant
Requirements
- Proven experience as a smoked meats specialist or in a meat processing department
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Attention to detail, responsibility, adherence to hygiene and safety rules
