Short description

We are looking for housekeepers with hotel experience to work in Kraków. This position is for candidates who have their own accommodation and can understand Polish at a fluent level.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning hotel rooms and common areas
• Changing bed linen and towels
• Maintaining cleanliness and quality standards
• Preparing rooms for check-in
• Following internal procedures and safety rules

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotels
• Fluent understanding of Polish
• Own accommodation
• Accuracy, speed and responsibility
• Willingness to work weekends according to the schedule

Work schedule

• 5–6 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Flexible day off
• Shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 09:00–17:00 / 14:00–22:00
• Possibility to take extra hours

Pay

• 400 PLN allowance for own accommodation

• Advance payment: 200–300 PLN after one worked week
• Salary payment: between the 15th and 23rd to a bank card

Trial day

• Candidates start with a trial test day
• The day is unpaid if the candidate is not approved based on work quality

Start

• Immediate start after a successful trial day
