Direct employment with a Polish company specialising in the installation of office equipment and furniture. Projects take place throughout Poland, and the work involves frequent travel and business trips. Experienced installers may be assigned to projects abroad (Austria, France and Germany) at higher hourly rates.
Responsibilities
- Installing office furniture and equipment at clients’ premises
- Assembling, positioning and securing structures
- Using power tools (electric screwdriver, drill, rotary hammer drill, etc.)
- Working in travelling teams throughout Poland
- Following health and safety rules and company standards
Requirements
- Men up to 45 years old
- Responsibility, discipline and willingness to travel for work
- Furniture installation experience:
- assistants may have minimal experience; on-site training is provided
- specialists must have solid installation experience
- Basic communicative Polish
- Willingness to work an intensive schedule and possible overtime
Pay
- Furniture installation specialist:
- starting rate from 30 PLN/hour net
- possibility of an increase to 38 PLN/hour net
- Installer’s assistant:
- from 26 PLN/hour net, with the possibility of a pay increase
- Salary paid once a month, between the 10th and 15th
- Advance payments possible by agreement
Work schedule
- Monday to Saturday
- Working hours: 07:00–19:00
- Sunday off
- Work at different sites; experienced employees may be assigned to projects outside Poland
Accommodation and transport
- Accommodation provided free of charge (hostel, 4 people per room)
- A separate room can be rented for 700 PLN/month
- Transport to work sites organised and paid for by the employer
