Structural Steel Assembler

Work Schedule

• 2 shifts, 10–12 hours per shift
• Monday–Saturday

Contract Type

• Confirmed at onboarding (Umowa zlecenie / Umowa o pracę, per role and client)

Accommodation

• Provided: dormitory 450 PLN/month
• Rooms: 2–3 persons per room

Responsibilities

• Assemble metal structures according to drawings
• Fitting, drilling, bolted joints, pre-weld preparation
• Geometry and quality control of assemblies
• Operate hand and power tools; follow process standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a structural/metal assembler
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Accuracy and compliance with H&S standards
