Operator of a small press (sitting job)

Wage: 24 PLN / hour net

+400 PLN / month bonus if living in own accommodation (employee lives in their own housing).

Company overview

A modern production plant in the suburbs of Warsaw (Wiązownia). Light press production of small components, warm, clean, dry workshop, stable workload and standard factory working schedule.

Work schedule

The plant operates from Monday to Friday in 2 shifts: 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00.

Our employees work in extended shifts:

  • either 6:00–16:00 and 12:00–22:00 (10 hours),
  • or 6:00–18:00 and 10:00–22:00 (12 hours).

Candidates for 8-hour shifts are not considered.

Work on Saturdays is possible (depending on production needs).

Break: 25 minutes, paid.

Type of contract

Planned type of contract: contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie).

Accommodation

Accommodation is not provided.

Mandatory condition – own accommodation within commuting distance of the workplace.

Additionally: 400 PLN / month bonus when living in own accommodation.

Transport

From Warsaw:

  • bus 722 to stop SPORTOWA,
  • or bus 720 to stop SZKOLNA.

From Otwock:

  • bus A2 to stop Wiązowna Urząd Gminy.

Duties

  • Work as an operator of a small press.
  • Take parts from boxes located next to the workstation.
  • Press the control buttons of the press with both hands.
  • Control correct pressing/punching-out of part of the detail.
  • Monitor the quality of finished elements.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation.

Requirements

  • Number of positions: 2 people.
  • Age: up to 50 years.
  • Mandatory condition – understanding of Polish at a level sufficient for production instructions.
  • Experience working at any production plants (factories, plants, logistics, etc.).
  • Readiness for monotonous sitting work and extended shifts (10–12 hours).
  • Own accommodation within commuting distance of Wiązownia.

Working conditions / Additional

  • Sitting, simple, repetitive work – each employee is assigned to their own small press.
  • The workshop is warm, clean, and dry.
  • Workwear (protective clothing) is provided by the employer.
  • There are lockers in the changing room, showers, and a canteen (employee brings their own lunch).
