Company Description

Factory specializing in the production of small components. Stable work environment; the workshop is warm, clean, and dry. The company provides workwear, lockers, showers, and a canteen (employees bring their own meals).

Work Schedule

Mon–Fri, occasionally Sat

Shifts: 6:00–16:00, 12:00–22:00 (10 hours) or 6:00–18:00, 10:00–22:00 (12 hours)

Break — 25 minutes (paid)

Work hours may vary between 10–12 per day depending on production needs.

Contract Type: Umowa zlecenie (contract of mandate)

The contract is signed during the first week (depending on legalization department workload)

Accommodation: not provided

Transport: self-arranged, public transport

From Warsaw — bus 722 (stop SPORTOWA) or 720 (stop SZKOLNA)

From Otwock — bus A2 (stop WIĄZOWNA URZĄD GMINY)

Responsibilities

  • Operate an individual press
  • Take parts from the box and place them under the press
  • Press buttons to form elements
  • Inspect finished components for quality
  • Keep the workplace clean and organized

Requirements

  • Women, men, or couples up to 50 years old
  • Basic Polish language understanding (able to understand and respond)
  • Previous production experience
  • Readiness to work 12-hour shifts
  • Documents: biometric passport / visa / residence card

  • Medical check — 250 PLN (deducted from the first salary)
  • Job start — within 1–3 working days

  • Average monthly salary — around 5500 PLN
  • Salary paid between the 15th and 23rd of each month
