Warehouse Associate — Apparel

Returns processing and sorting of branded apparel. Work with a handheld barcode scanner (PDA) and PC in a clean, heated facility.

Schedule

• Mon–Sat, 12-hour shifts
• Two shifts: 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00 (weekly rotation)

Contract Type

Umowa zlecenie (contract of mandate) — direct employment with the employer.

Accommodation

• Hostel rooms for 2–4 people
• Cost: PLN 500–600/month, payroll-deducted

Transport

Employer-provided transport. Workwear/PPE provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Process customer returns (new items that didn’t fit/weren’t needed)
• Inspect garments for defects; sort by size and destination
• Pack and prepare orders for dispatch
• Operate a handheld scanner (PDA) and perform basic PC tasks
• Meet internal productivity targets (targets are realistic)

Requirements

• Women up to 55 years old
• High attention to detail, discipline, accuracy
• Documents valid for at least 1 month
• Comfortable with standing work and rotating shifts
• Basic scanner/PC skills

• Support with legalization (invitations, residence permits)
