Warehouse Associate — Food Products

Compensation

• PLN 24.60/hour net — base rate
• +PLN 1.00/hour — attendance bonus (no absences)
• Average monthly income: ~PLN 6,000 with a full schedule

Schedule

• 5 days/week, 10–12 hours/day
• Shifts: 12:00–22:00 or 16:00–02:00 / 03:00

Accommodation

• Housing provided
• Utilities: PLN 500/month

Onboarding

• 24.11–26.11, Wiskitki
• Official employment (umowa zlecenie)

Responsibilities

• Receiving, sorting, and binning SKUs
• Order picking; work with a handheld scanner (PDA)
• Loading/unloading, pallet moves
• Expiry-date checks and storage compliance; H&S adherence

Requirements

• Valid documents; readiness for physical work
• Attention to detail, discipline, consistent attendance (for bonus eligibility)
•  men up to 55 years old (strict requirement)
