Schedule

• Mon–Sat, 8–10 hours/day (shifts 06:00–14:00 / 06:00–16:00)
• Paid breaks: 15 minutes
• Possible working Saturdays 8–10 hours

Responsibilities

• Transplant young plants and seedlings into pots
• Trim roots per work instructions
• Pack products and apply stickers
• Quality control at each stage
• Work at tables or on a slow planting line

Requirements

• Women up to 60
• Accuracy, steady pace, readiness for standing work
• Comfortable closed footwear; work without contact with water

Conditions / Additional

• Bring your own comfortable workwear; gloves provided by the employer
• In the cold season, a warm jacket and hat are required (greenhouse temperature is close to outdoor)
