Assembler of IV infusion sets

Contract type: Umowa o pracę (employment contract)

Organized transport from Wrocław is provided

Pay

• 25 PLN/hour net if production targets are met and weekend work is performed
• If without bonuses and weekend shifts: approx. 22.50 PLN/hour net
• Average monthly earnings at full workload: about 5,500 PLN/month

Work schedule

• Mon–Fri–Sat
• 8–12 hours per day
• 2–3 shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00
• Overtime and weekend work possible

Responsibilities

• Assembly of IV set components according to instructions
• Visual quality and leak-tightness control
• Labeling, packing, and basic system entries
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitary standards at the workstation

Requirements

• Accuracy, attention to detail, good fine motor skills
• Readiness for standing work in a shift pattern
• Basic Polish is an advantage
• No experience required—training provided
• Women, men, and couples up to 55 years old

Housing

• 600 PLN/month
• Security deposit upon check-in: 200 PLN
• Couples are housed separately
