Work schedule

  • Shift work
  • Overtime possible by agreement with the employer

Type of cooperation

  • Form: B2B (self-employment / company contract)
  • All documents related to this type of contract are prepared free of charge

Accommodation

  • Accommodation is not included in the basic package
  • Assistance can be provided in finding housing in the Radomsko area

Transport

  • Commute to work at the worker’s own expense
  • Location with good access to main transport routes

Responsibilities

  • Welding steel structures using the MIG/MAG-135 method
  • Following welding technology according to drawings and technical documentation
  • Ensuring weld quality in accordance with ultrasonic testing requirements
  • Preparing parts and assemblies for welding and inspection
  • Complying with occupational health and safety regulations at the workplace

Requirements

  • Experience as a MIG/MAG-135 welder on heavy steel structures
  • Willingness to have welds tested by ultrasonic inspection
  • Valid Polish welding certificate (or readiness to pass certification; employer provides support)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Accuracy, responsibility, and adherence to deadlines

Working conditions / Additional information

  • Pay: 60 PLN/hour net (B2B)
  • Direct client, stable volume of work
  • Number of positions: 5 MIG/MAG-135 welders, limited slots
  • Coordinator support during onboarding and deployment to the site
