Pay
- Advance: 500 PLN after 14 worked days
- Average income: about 5,000 PLN/month (full-time)
- Contract type: civil-law contract (umowa zlecenie)
Work Schedule
- First start typically 1–3 business days after onboarding
- Week 1: day shifts
- From week 2: three shifts Mon–Fri–Sat, 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00
- Overtime possible (moderate)
- Breaks: one 20-minute break per 8 working hours; smoking during the shift is not allowed
Responsibilities
- Receiving auto parts; checking quantity and quality
- Completing paperwork and entering data into the system
- Order picking with manual electric pallet trucks; picking according to orders
- Moving orders to the dispatch area
- Assessing returned goods for damage/defects
- Shelving and racking goods
- Following safety rules and maintaining workplace order
Requirements
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts; high work pace; target oriented
- Discipline, attentiveness, good physical condition
- Basic warehouse experience is a plus; for candidates aged 40–45 it is mandatory
- Men up to 45 years old (for ages 40–45, warehouse experience required)
- Basis for employment: biometric passport, visa, or residence card
- Rehiring: candidates previously employed at ANPACARS are not considered
Accommodation
- Cost: 500 PLN/month (utilities; deducted from salary)
- Rooms: 4 people per room
- Own-housing bonus: +1.50 PLN/hour (no own-housing bonus for students)
- Amenities: free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathrooms; bring your own bedding/pillowcases
Onboarding and Start
- Medical exam: 150 PLN deducted from the first salary
- Workwear and PPE provided; if you work 45 days, the 150 PLN is not deducted
- While waiting to start, you can open a bank account and, if needed, obtain a PESEL
Important Conditions
- To be employed as a student, you must study at a Polish university and have a plastic student ID plus a letter from the institution confirming enrollment
