Clothing & Footwear Warehouse

LPP warehouse processing online orders for the group’s brands. Receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.

Contract type: Umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract).

Work schedule

• Four to six days per week, depending on order volume.
• Shifts of eight to twelve hours; floating days off.
• Peak season until December 15: typically five to six days of ten to twelve hours.
• Rotation: one week day shift / one week night shift.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and placing goods.
• Working with a handheld scanner; picking and packing orders.
• Labeling, preparing for shipment, and quality control.
• Maintaining order at the workplace.

Requirements

• Good physical condition, attentiveness, accuracy.
• Willingness for standing work and rotating shifts.
• Warehouse experience and basic Polish are an advantage, not mandatory.
• Women, men, and couples up to 55 years old.

Accommodation

• 550 PLN/month (utilities), deducted from salary.

Onboarding and move-in

• Onboarding: October 21–28 in Bydgoszcz.
• Move-in: October 27–28 in Bydgoszcz.

Additional

• Official employment, on-site training, timely payments. Start immediately after onboarding.
• Average monthly income with full workload: about 5,500 PLN.
