Clothing Warehouse 

H&M branded clothing warehouse: receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch of online orders. Start date is usually within 2–3 business days after onboarding.

Who we’re hiring

• Women, men, and couples up to 50–52 years old
• Basis for employment: biometric passport, visa, or residence card

Duties

• Working with a scanner, picking items from shelves (pick)
• Packing orders for dispatch (pack)
• Repacking returned items
• Basic PC operations at the workstation

Pay

• Advance: 200–300 PLN after 14 worked days
• Average seasonal income: about 5,500 PLN net
• Contract type: Umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract)

Work schedule

• Monday–Friday, 5 days, 10–12 hours per day
• 3 shifts; e.g., 07:00–19:00, 18:00–04:00
• Break: 30 minutes
• Saturday — optional
• Schedule and process assignment may change per operational needs, but no more than 12 hours/day

Meals & workwear

• Free full hot lunch (main course, tea/coffee)
• Provided: vest and safety shoes

Housing

• 450 PLN/month utilities; hostel recently renovated
• Couples usually two couples per room, typically on different shifts
• Singles: 3–4 people per room
• Amenities: free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathrooms
• Bring your own bedding/pillowcases
• No top-up for own housing

Transport

• Housing is close to the workplace or a free company shuttle is available

Important

• The contract is signed during the first week of work: on the first day in the office or after a few shifts, depending on the legalization/HR workload.
