Logistics warehouse for MANGO apparel, footwear, and accessories: receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping of online orders.
Location & onboarding
- Worksite: Żerniki, Poznań area
- Housing & onboarding: Środa Wielkopolska
- No organized commute from Poznań. From the housing site, a free company bus is provided
Who we’re hiring
- Women and men up to 55 years old
- Candidates aged 50+ must have handheld-scanner experience
- Legal basis: biometric passport, visa, or residence card
- Student track only if you study at a Polish university and have a plastic student ID plus a confirmation letter from the school
- Couples: temporarily not accommodated
Role by process
- PICK: collect orders with a scanner; work with a pick list and trolley
- PACK: pack at a computer station (standing); choose box, add filler, neatly fold garments
- SHIP: final packing line; scan, sort parcels per waybills; issue waybills
- INBOUND: receive deliveries, measure and weigh items, piece-count, sort by brand, audit, handle returns by destination country
- PTL (put-to-light / placement): shelf placement with a scanner
Pay
- Advance: 200 PLN after 14 worked days
- Payday: by the 10th of each month
- Contract: umowa zlecenie (civil-law contract)
- Own-housing allowance: +2 PLN/hour net
Schedule
- 5–6 days per week, 8–12 hours per shift (depending on load)
- Rotation: one week days / one week nights
- Breaks: 1×15 min on an 8-hour shift; 2×15 min on a 12-hour shift
- Actual shift plan and process assignment may change with production needs (max 12 hours/day)
Housing & amenities
- Cost: 450 PLN/month (utilities)
- Rooms: 4 people per room, single-tier beds
- Couples: temporarily not accommodated
- Amenities: free Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathrooms
- Bring your own bedding/pillowcases
- On site: free tea and coffee from vending machines
- Workwear: company T-shirt and safety-toe shoes provided
