Logistics Warehouse Worker with UDT

Salary

Standard conditions:

• Estimated monthly salary: 4,438 – 5,280 PLN net

For students under 26:

• Rate: 32.50 PLN net/hour
• Estimated monthly salary: 5,460 – 6,500 PLN net

Additionally:

• Employee referral bonus: 500 PLN
• Salary is paid once a month in one bank transfer

Main responsibilities

• Performing warehouse operations: receiving, unloading, loading, and placing goods
• Order picking according to instructions and delivery notes
• Quality control of products
• Sorting and proper storage of goods by quantity and quality
• Working with a scanner, reading information from labels
• Internal transport of goods within the warehouse
• Packing goods and protecting them from damage
• Keeping the workplace clean and tidy

Candidate requirements

• Attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility
• Valid UDT certificate for a forklift up to 4 tons
• Communicative level of Polish
• Warehouse and scanner experience will be an advantage
• Category B driving license is a plus
• Willingness to work in a shift system (two-shift schedule)

Work schedule

• 2 shifts, Monday–Friday
• Saturday: optional or sometimes included in the schedule

Shifts:

• 1st shift: 06:00–18:00
• 2nd shift: 18:00–06:00
• Total working hours: 168–200 hours/month

Breaks:

• 1st shift: 09:00–09:20, 11:50–12:00 + an extra 15-minute break after 8 hours of work
• 2nd shift: 21:00–21:20, 23:50–24:00 + an extra 15-minute break after 8 hours of work

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas during breaks.

Bonuses

Monthly bonuses up to 400 PLN:

• attendance bonus: up to 300 PLN
• quality bonus: up to 100 PLN (based on the supervisor’s evaluation)

Accommodation

• Housing close to the workplace
• Cost: 500 PLN/month
• Deposit: 200 PLN (refunded after working at least 30 days)

Documents & legalization

• Free assistance with legalization of stay and work (residence card, etc.)
• Preparation of all required employment documents

Workwear

• Workwear is provided free of charge
• If workwear, keys, badge/pass, or trolley card are not returned properly, a penalty of up to 600 PLN may be deducted

Additional information

• If employment ends earlier than 6 months, the UDT course cost will be deducted: 306.81 PLN
• On-site facilities: canteen, fridges, kettles, microwaves, lockers for personal belongings
