Contract Type: contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)
Bonus: +1 PLN/hour gross for employees living in their own accommodation
Accommodation
- Cost: 550 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
- Private house, rooms for 2–4 people
- Shared kitchen and bathroom (on the floor)
- Distance to factory: 20–25 minutes on foot or by own transport
Work Schedule
- Shifts of 8 or 12 hours
- Monday–Friday (Saturday optional)
- Shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
- Currently — only day shifts, night shifts possible in the future
Responsibilities
- Production and assembly of wiring harnesses
- Assembly of electrical schemes according to instructions
- Cable insulation
- Quality control
- Packaging of finished products
Requirements
- Women (priority), men also considered
- Age: 18–55 years
- Good eyesight and ability to distinguish colors
- Basic manual skills (test before employment)
- Basic level of Polish language
- Experience not required
