- 8–12 hours/day, shift work, night shifts possible
- Mon–Sat (Saturdays per schedule)

Accommodation
- Provided: 450 PLN/month, 2–3 persons/room
- Housing located ~1 km from the plant
Location
- Gogolin, agricultural machinery manufacturing plant
Responsibilities
- Turning operations on manual/conventional lathes
- Facing, boring, drilling, thread cutting
- Work to technical drawings and process sheets; basic machine setup
- Dimensional control (calipers, micrometers, gauges); adherence to tolerances and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a manual lathe machinist
- Confident reading of technical drawings and understanding of tolerances
- Accuracy, discipline, and compliance with H&S regulations
Working Conditions
- Indoor shop environment; PPE and site induction per plant standards
