Location and work format
- Work sites: solar farms and open-field projects across Poland
- Format: mobile teams, work in business trips (delegations)
Who we are looking for
- Men aged 25–55
- At least 2 years of experience in installing steel structures and solar panels
- Mandatory: valid SEP licence above 1 kV
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Category B driving licence is an advantage
There is also a separate option for helpers with basic installation experience.
Responsibilities
- Installation of DC and AC cables with double connection
- Installation of mounting structures and PV modules
- Installation of cable routes, laying and fixing cables
- Work with standard hand and power tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, etc.)
- Compliance with health & safety rules, including work at height and in field conditions
Pay
- Electrician / solar installer: 27–30 PLN/hour net (depending on experience and qualifications)
- Helper: 23–25 PLN/hour net
- Salary is paid twice a month
- Advance payments are available after 7 worked days
Working schedule
- Monday to Friday: 06:30–17:00 (around 10 working hours per day)
- Every second Saturday of the month is a working day
- Lunch break 1 hour, fully paid
Accommodation and transport
- Free accommodation provided, with everything necessary for normal living
- Transport to and from the work sites is organized by the employer and is free of charge
Workwear
- Warm work clothes and safety footwear are provided free of charge
