Pay and payments

Base rate: PLN 31.40 gross/hour. For students under 26, gross equals net. Student supplement: +PLN 3.00/hour; own-accommodation supplement: +PLN 2.00/hour. Each supplement applies after one month worked, with no more than two absences per month. Maximum with both supplements: PLN 36.40 gross/hour; this is not the base rate. Productivity bonus up to PLN 700/month. Payment to a bank account by the 10th of each month.

Duties

Picking orders with a scanner, packing, labelling and preparing orders for dispatch. Receiving and processing returns. Warehouse processes include picking, packing and returns.

Schedule and breaks

Work from Sunday to Friday. Mainly 12-hour shifts: 06:00–18:00 or 10:00–22:00; 8-hour shifts also occur. Weekly shift rotation, with no night shifts. Paid breaks: 30 minutes for an 8-hour shift; 30 and 15 minutes for a 12-hour shift.

Requirements

Men and women aged 18–50. No work experience or Polish language skills required.

Accommodation and transport

Accommodation costs PLN 500–600/month, with rooms for 2–4 people; a room for a couple is available. Ask EUROWIZA for accommodation photos. Company transport to work is available; the timetable and fare need to be confirmed separately.

Contract and start

Umowa zlecenie contract. Recruitment for 1 October 2026.

Travel reimbursement

Up to PLN 100 reimbursed for a ticket to Bolesławiec after at least 14 days worked. Check reimbursement conditions with EUROWIZA before buying a ticket.

Opportunity to work in the Netherlands

A subsequent move is possible after at least 2.5 months on the project in Poland. Valid documents are required; the project conditions list a visa, residence card or Diia PL. Arranging the documents needed for the move is the candidate’s responsibility. This is a possible further job opportunity, not a guaranteed transfer.
