Pay

First 2 months of probation — 1000 € net/month. Then 1100 € net plus a bonus up to 150 € for quality and initiative, totalling up to 1250 € net. The bonus is not guaranteed. Service-length bonuses are also offered; amounts are not specified.

Schedule

An average of 168–170 hours/month, 07:00–16:00 with a 1-hour lunch break. No night shifts. Variable schedule, e.g. 4 days on / 1 off or 3 / 2. The next month’s plan is agreed with workers in advance.

Duties

In multi-tier poultry houses: inspecting cages from special trolleys at heights up to 2.5 m, monitoring feeding and watering, checking equipment and continuous water supply, recording faults and discrepancies in logs, and routine bird care.

Requirements and documents

Current recruitment is for women aged 18–55; older applicants may be agreed individually. Physical fitness, readiness to work in poultry houses and no fear of heights. Experience is an advantage but not required. Ukrainian and Lithuanian citizens are considered. For Ukrainian applicants: presence in Ukraine on 24 February 2022; no active visas, Polish residence card, PESEL UKR or protection in another European country. Previous protection requires proof of termination or cancellation. Temporary employment contract.

Accommodation and food

Free accommodation, 2–3 people per room with essential facilities. Bring bedding and a towel. Food is partly free: the employer supplies items such as sandwiches, pizza, pastries and frozen semi-finished foods; workers may boil eggs for breakfast. Personal food can be heated in a microwave. A complete meal plan is not promised.

Transport and arrival

Free transport to work. Organised departures from Lviv on Mondays: ticket 100 €. Independent arrivals complete paperwork in Vilnius on Tuesdays.

Clothing and benefits

Free summer and winter workwear and footwear; personal underwear and socks are required. Accident insurance 24/7. 60 eggs free each month.
