Pay and production quota

850 € net for meeting a quota of 1500 units; the quota’s accounting period needs clarification. Output above quota is paid additionally; the exact rate is not specified. Stated average earnings are 900–1500 € net/month, depending on productivity, bonuses and extra hours; this is not guaranteed for everyone. Extra hours may be available in season.

Schedule

160–176 hours/month, 08:00–17:00. Monday–Friday outside the season. Variable seasonal schedule, e.g. 4 days on / 2 off or 3 / 1. No night shifts. Break arrangements and pay are not specified. Long-term work.

Duties

Weighing smoked salmon on electronic scales, making 90, 150 and 200 g portions, placing them on trays, checking weight and visual quality, maintaining the required pace, sanitation, hygiene and workplace order.

Requirements and employment

Women aged 18–55, Russian or English sufficient to understand instructions. Willingness to stand and perform repetitive tasks, speed, accuracy, attention and coordination. Production experience is an advantage but not required; training is provided. Ukrainian and Lithuanian citizens; required documents are not specified. Temporary employment contract.

Working conditions

Standing work in a production room at +14…+17 °C. Workwear and shoes are free. Food-production sanitation and hygiene rules apply.

Accommodation, meals and transport

Free accommodation, 2–3 people per room with essential facilities. A hot dish and soup cost the employee 1 €; the company covers the rest. Transport to work is organised; cost is not specified. Departure from Lviv — 100 €.
