Work schedule:
- 2 shifts, 12 hours each (06:00–18:00, 18:00–06:00)
- 5 days per week
Contract type: contract of mandate (umowa zlecenie)
Accommodation: provided — 550 PLN/month

About the company:
Odlewnia Kowala Sp. C. is a family-owned company in its third generation, specializing in the production of castings from aluminum and cast iron alloys.
Responsibilities:
- operating a casting machine: starting the casting process
- monitoring mold and solidification
- removing parts after cooling
- grinding (removing burrs)
- visual inspection of finished products
- maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Requirements:
- men up to 55 years old
- readiness for physical work
- responsibility and discipline
- basic knowledge of Polish
