Greenpack is a modern warehouse for packaging vegetables and fruits, serving the largest retail chains in Poland: Biedronka, Aldi, Carrefour, Auchan, and others. The new warehouse was opened in March 2025 — automation, cleanliness, comfort, and stable employment.
Recruitment information
- For students: Work start date is July 24, 2025. Arrival and accommodation are required 1–2 days before this date.
- For candidates applying for a Work Permit (Zezwolenie): The waiting time for the document is about 2–4 weeks. You will start working approximately one month after receiving the permit.
Documents required for students
- Valid student ID with a current sticker.
- Zaświadczenie z uczelni (certificate from the university confirming student status), issued no earlier than one month ago, in Polish.
- Valid Polish visa or residence card with decision (karta pobytu z decyzją). Alternatively — a diploma of graduation from a Polish university.
Accommodation & Transpor
- Housing: provided by employer, ~700 PLN/month (deducted from salary).
- Transport: free city transportation.
Requirements
- Priority given to women up to 45 years old (up to 100 kg). Workforce ratio: approx. 70% women, 30% men.
- Candidates must have a basic level of English or Russian. One of these languages is mandatory for communication.
Duties
- Packaging and weighing tomatoes. No counting required — once the correct weight is reached, a green light will appear.
- Labeling packages.
- Wrapping pallets with film.
- Preparing goods for logistics.
- Working on automated lines with built-in scales.
Work schedul
- Two shifts: 07:00–17:00 and 17:00–02:00.
- 4 working days, then 2 days off.
- 2 breaks of 20 minutes (the first one paid, the second unpaid).
- Schedule prepared one month in advance.
Salary
- Base rate: 30.5 PLN gross/hour.
- After training or transfer to other departments, the rate may increase up to 32.5 PLN gross/hour.
- Salary paid monthly, by the 10th, to a Polish bank account (can be opened locally).
Working conditions
- Brand new warehouse opened in March 2025.
- Spacious locker rooms with personal lockers.
- Modern canteen with microwaves and refrigerators.
- Free water and tea, vending machines with drinks.
- Dedicated computer for checking your worked hours.
- Jewelry (earrings, rings, etc.) not allowed at work.
- Long nails are permitted if they do not tear gloves.
Medical and equipment
- The employment agency provides a medical check-up and sanitary booklet (cost: 150 PLN) and will supply protective shoes with steel toes.
- On site, you will be provided with gowns and gloves and will undergo safety training. Gowns are washed daily by the employer.
