Visa consultations, document preparation, residence legalization support and services for employers. We agree the scope for each individual case.

Visa consultations
Discussing the purpose of travel and your circumstances, with an initial review of requirements and the document list for the relevant procedure.

Document preparation
Assistance with collecting documents and preparing forms within the agreed scope. Translations and additional services must be agreed separately.

Residence legalization support
Document and organizational support for residence and work authorization matters in Poland, within the agreed assignment.

Services for employers
Clarifying staffing needs, recruitment and coordination of document support. The employer agreement defines the work, fees and responsibilities.
Agree the price before ordering
A 30-minute consultation costs 200 PLN. A 60-minute consultation costs 350 PLN. These are the final amounts payable by the client, including applicable taxes. Document preparation, legalization support and employer services are priced individually according to the task, scope of work and complexity of the case. We first establish the scope of your case. Before ordering, you receive an individual quote, currency, total including taxes and details of any additional costs. Asking for a quote does not itself order a paid service.
The quote identifies what the EUROWIZA fee covers. Government and consular fees, translations, insurance and third-party services must be identified separately; do not assume they are included.
How to agree a service
- Tell us what help you need and which procedure your case concerns.
- Agree the scope, price, completion time, delivery method and contract terms.
- Only after receiving and accepting that information should you follow the individual payment instructions.
