Salary: 31.40 PLN gross/hour – 34.00 PLN gross/hour

The rate depends on the fulfillment of the norm per hour:

up to 34 parcels → 31,40 PLN/hour (gross)
34–40 parcels → 32,00 PLN/hour (gross)
40–45 parcels → 33,00 PLN/hour (gross)
more than 45 parcels → 34,00 PLN/hour (gross)

Monthly hours: 168–220

Contract type: umowa zlecenie (health contribution only)

Responsibilities:

Non-standard parcels department: sorting parcels by destination.
Jumbaste department: servicing the parcel line, flow control, eliminating congestion.

readiness for long-term work,
readiness for physical labor.

standing work, in a variable schedule.

Robakowo is an industrial area not far from Poznań, with convenient transport connections.

Night shifts: Yes
Shift system:

168–220 hours/month. Shifts 07:30–15:30, 15:00–23:00 and 22:30–06:30; Saturdays off. Start and finish times may change according to warehouse needs.

Deductions:

Deductions: accommodation — PLN 400, transport — PLN 100, workwear — PLN 230. The conditions state a PLN 500 fee for working less than the required minimum period and PLN 100 for unjustified absence. Confirm the length of the minimum period when arranging employment.

Accommodation:

Accommodation provided — PLN 400. Own-accommodation allowance — PLN 300.

Duties include unloading and placing parcels on the sorting line. Organised transport is available for workers in provided accommodation. Workers with their own housing travel independently or use a transfer from Rataje, 61-144 Poznań.
