Production worker (Schiffsdeck) JOYSONQUIN

Location: Wałbrzych

Salary: 4850 PLN gross/month
Payment on the 10th of each month to the bank account.

Bonuses and allowances:

training allowance: 1st month — 400 PLN, 2nd — 300 PLN, 3rd — 200 PLN;
with rapid learning and high productivity, the allowance is converted into a productivity bonus;
bonus up to 600 PLN gross.

Monthly hours: 168–220
Contract type: umowa o pracę (tymczasowa)

Work clothes: the employee receives shoes, trousers and a T-shirt, which must be returned after dismissal.
In case of failure to return the clothes – a fine of 200 PLN net, for failure to return the ID – 20 PLN net.

Responsibilities:

laying veneer sheets (thin sheets of wood 1 mm thick, A1 format) on the machine table;
programming machines to cut out sections of sheets without defects of a certain shape;
work in the Forner department and programming the machine that produces sheets.

Requirements:

communicative Polish;
good manual dexterity;
good eyesight;
willingness to work standing up;
willingness to work a flexible schedule;
computer skills.

Conditions at the enterprise:

before hiring — interview at the enterprise;
work mostly standing up;
jewelry is prohibited.

Schedule: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00

working hours — 8 hours;
I shift: 06:00–14:00;
II shift: 14:00–22:00;

Additional charges:

accommodation – 500 PLN.

Transport: bus from the surrounding area (schedule expected); in Walbrzych – public transport.

Accommodation: 3-4-bed rooms in houses or apartments located near shops, with convenient access by public transport.

Supplement for own accommodation: 300 PLN net.

Food: vending machines with drinks and fast food.
