Production shop employee, enterprise

Location: Siemianowice Śląskie

Salary: 31,40 PLN gross/hour
25,36 PLN net – for persons who have not exceeded the income threshold 30 000 PLN gross in 2026.
22,69 PLN net – for persons who have already received income above 30 000 PLN gross in 2026.
31,40 PLN net – for students.

Bonuses and financial allowances: None.

Monthly hours: 200–240
Contract type: umowa zlecenie (health insurance contribution only)

Job description: work in the production of food products, mainly bakery products.

Duties:

Bakery department:

preparing dough;
loading trays with bakery products into the oven;
removing finished products from the oven;
working at a temperature of +25…+30°C.

Finished products department:

sorting products by category;
packing products into cardboard boxes and baskets;
labeling products with labels;
closing cardboard boxes;
individual packaging, for example, sliced ​​bread in bags;
crushing bakery products into breadcrumbs and packaging them;
weighing oatmeal;
preparation of products for shipment and protection from damage during transportation;
work at a temperature of +18…+25°C.

Important: on the first working day, employees are introduced to various technological processes. In the future, management distributes them between tasks in accordance with production needs. There is no permanently fixed workplace in the finished products department – tasks may change during the shift. During sorting, cutting and hermetic packaging, some employees use masks and special white aprons.

Requirements:

current examinations and a certificate for sanitary and epidemiological control;
a certificate of occupational hygiene;
communicative English – for candidates of other nationalities, except Ukrainians and Moldovans;
manual dexterity;
good eyesight;
attentiveness and thoroughness;
willingness to work for long hours and on weekends.

Conditions at the enterprise:

work mainly standing;
temperature depending on the department — +18…+30°C.

Night shifts: Yes

Shift work: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00

Work schedule:

6–7 days per week;
at least 8 hours per day, usually 6 days per week (Monday–Saturday);
work in day and night shifts;
1 day off per week;
approximately 200–240 hours per month;
if desired, you can work more than 8 hours per day, having previously informed the foreman;
willingness to work on weekends is required.

Additional costs:

sanitary examination — 210 PLN;
accommodation — 500 PLN.

Transport to work: public transport.

Accommodation: 4-bed rooms with standard beds. Blankets, pillows and blankets are provided. There are equipped kitchens with refrigerators, stoves, kettles, pots and dishes. Washing machines are available free of charge.

Supplement for own accommodation: 2,00 PLN net for each day worked.
