Worker for a factory for manual assembly of cars and buses 🔥

Location: Natolin (35 km from Warsaw)

Registration: in Warsaw

For whom: Men / Women / Couples up to 45 years

SALARY

Net rate (clean):

25,84 PLN/hour (for those who are not students)

32,00 PLN/hour (for students up to 26 years)
Bonus: 32,50PLN/hour / 26,24PLN/hour – For workers who have worked more than 210 hours per month
Bonus +1,30 PLN/hour for those who live in their own home (not included for students)

Salary 5900-7800 PLN/month (depending on hours)

Salary is not taxed additionally until the annual income exceeds 30 000 PLN

LIVING CONDITIONS

Cost of housing – 550 PLN/month

10-15 min walk or 15-20 min by transport to work

Comfortable conditions: per 3-4 person in the room

DUTIES

Assembling car parts

Grinding, varnishing and cleaning molds

Stamping cabins and floors

Working with power tools

Maintaining a press machine

Ancillary work: packing, loading, unloading

IMPORTANT: Workers are trained on site, therefore experience is not required, but desirable.

The company provides training in all technological processes. If an employee does not cope with a certain process, he is transferred to another.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Schedule: Mon-Fri/Sat 7:00 – 19:00

Comfortable temperature in the workshop

Breaks: lunch 10:30-11:00 + 3 short breaks every 5 min

There is a canteen, changing rooms, showers

Vending machines with drinks, snacks and water coolers

WORK CLOTHING

Overalls (overalls + shoes BHP) – 150 PLN (deducted from salary if you work less than 3 months)
