The company is a modern logistics center that processes orders, packs and ships goods.

CANDIDATES

Men, women and couples under 55 years old

Citizens of Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus

DUTIES

Receive and display goods
Collect goods using a scanner (Scanner available in all languages)
Pack orders and prepare them for shipment
Work with goods weighing from 5 to 30 kg
No work experience required – paid training provided (3–5 days)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The warehouse has a canteen, sandwich machines and free fruit
Free water. In high season, the warehouse provides free drinks and snacks.
Work standards are realistic
There is an opportunity to change the work process at will
The work does not require movement throughout the warehouse, only in the area designated for a specific position.
It is forbidden to use a phone in the warehouse, as well as to wear bracelets, watches and large, protruding earrings.
The temperature in the warehouse is approximately 18 degrees.

WORK SCHEDULE

8–12 hours per day (240-280 rbh)
5–6 days per week

Shifts by 8 hours:

06:00–14:00
14:00–22:00
22:00–06:00

Shifts by 12 hours:

06:00–18:00
18:00–06:00
14:00–02:00

BREAKS

30 minutes — when changing 8 hours
30 + 15 minutes — when changing 10/12 hours

SALARY

For employees older than 26 years:

For students up to 26 years:

26,24 PLN/hour net

32,50 PLN/hour gross = net

own accommodation: 27,85 PLN

own accommodation: 34,50 PLN

For employees over 26 years:
26,24 PLN/hour net

For students up to 26 years:
32,50 PLN/hour gross = net

Additional payment for own accommodation: +2 PLN/hour
34,50 PLN gross / 27,85 PLN net

BONUSES

Premiums up to 800 PLN gross for compliance with standards
Premium 300 PLN for a candidate who will start work in September or October and work a full month
Additional attendance bonus: +2 PLN net for each hour worked from October to December.
The warehouse regularly organizes competitions with cash and material prizes.

ADVANCES

After 1 week of work through the Advanto program

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided within a radius of up to 20 km from the warehouse or in Gorzów Wielkopolski

Comfortable living conditions: 2-4 persons per room
Cost — 650 zł/month
Free transportation from our hostel
For employees with their own housing in Gorzów Wielkopolski:
transport to/from work — 150 zł/month

ADDITIONAL COSTS

Medical examination — 120 zł
Work clothes — 150 zł (the amount is divided into two payments and deducted from the salary)

Salary is paid on the 20th of each month.
