Workplace and contract

Electrical Components International Sp. z o.o., ul. Międzyrzecka 222, Bielsko-Biała. Electrical wiring harness production for household appliances and the automotive industry. Umowa zlecenie.

Pay

PLN 31.40 gross/hour. Own-accommodation supplement: +PLN 1.50 gross/hour. Wages paid by the 10th of each month.

Schedule

New employees work 8-hour shifts; 12-hour shifts are possible after adaptation. Monday–Friday; any Saturday work is on the first shift only. 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00 / 22:00–06:00 or 06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00.

Duties and requirements

Assembling cables and wires, connecting according to diagrams, insulating, checking and packing finished products. Women up to 55; no experience required, training provided. Good eyesight and manual skills are required; a test takes place before employment.

Accommodation, transport and meals

Hostels in Bielsko-Biała: PLN 650/month deducted from wages, rooms for four people. Travel by public transport. Optional hot lunches at the factory: PLN 140/month.
